  Agathodes sp 12. An unnamed series in the NHM close to A. ostentalis Geyer separated out by Munroe.

  Description

  
  

  Wing length : 16mm. This morphotype has a FW with a particularly bright pink curved fascia and margin. These specimens resemble several Asian specimens identified as the new world sp. A. monstralis Guenée, 1854. The exact nature of the A. ostentalis group needs further investigation.

  India (Assam, Sikkim), Thailand, W. Malaysia, Borneo, Sumatra, China. Submontane; 1220-1600m.
