Indonesia, Seram, Gg. Kobipoto.Hypolamprus sp. 16 is an unnamed specimen in the NHM (Mi7374) from Seram (Gg. Kobipoto).

Description

20mm. A reddish brown species with a partial, darker, post median fascia which forms a triangular patch at the FW dorsum. The HW has an indistinct darker curved median band. The wing bases and inner edge of the FW are tinged with deep pink.

Distribution & Habitat

Seram. Lowland; 250m.

Life History & Pest Status

Recorded at light in Eucalyptus dominated forest.
