  • Taxonomy


    Conogethes sp. 6 nr. C. cliolalis (Walker, 1859d: 549-550). A series in the Schulze Coll. from Sabah (PHS). Another specimen in the SLS Coll. from BRL (canopy walkway).

  • Description


    Wing length: 11.5mm. A very lightly spotted Conogethes sp. It is orange-yellow with darker orange-brown marks and a series of submarginal black spots on both wings. The costal end of post-median and sub-median lines are black whereas the rest of the lines are indistinct orange-brown. See Conogethes sp. 4 and C. cliolalis which are similar. Schulze (2000) taxon #235.
